RamShield W-Beam

RamShield® W-Beam achieves a controlled redirection of errant vehicles by releasing the w-beam rail from the post at an optimal load to retain rail height, limit dynamic deflection and to allow the post to collapse without tripping the vehicle.

RamShield Low Deflection

RamShield® Low Deflection combines the sectional strength of C-posts with w-beam to reduces the clearance required between barrier and hazard, an important design consideration for installation on narrow formations.

RamShield High Containment

RamShield® HC, featuring thrie-beam guardrail is a stronger version of the w-beam guardrail systems. The additional corrugation in the rail combined with the higher mounting height, stiffens the barrier and improves its ability to contain larger vehicles.

RamShield Transition

The RamShield® Transition provides a smooth, snag-free connection between steel guardrail barriers and rigid barriers, such as at bridge parapets. The RamShield® Transition gradually increases stiffness of the safety barrier system reducing the potential for vehicle pocketing.

Ezy-Guard 4

Ezy-Guard Smart guardrail crash barriers impose lower forces to the impacting vehicle than traditional guardrail crash barriers. As the crash barrier deflects, vehicle impact energy is dissipated which as a result, reduces occupant risk. The lightweight, ductile Z-posts provide a forgiving impact, reducing ride-down deceleration forces and minimising vehicle damage.

Ezy-Guard High Containment

Ezy-Guard HC is crash tested to the Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) and AS/NZS 3845.1:2015. MASH TL4 is a 58% increase in impact energy when compared to the old NCHRP-350 TL4.

MSKT End Terminal

Safe Direction’s MASH Compliant Sequential Kinking Guardrail End Terminal (MSKT) is the most recent successor of the SKT terminal that was first introduced in 1997, quickly becoming one of the world’s most sought-after road barrier technology solutions industry-wide.

ET-SS End Terminal

The MASH compliant ET-SS is the next generation of guardrail end terminal and is compliant to Test Level 3. The terminal is available for two installation methods, the primary method is with the posts driven into the ground via an hydraulic post driver. The alternative method is with baseplated posts anchored to a concrete footing, this is an option for the TL3 and TL2 configurations.

MAX-Tension End Terminal

The MAX-Tension® Guardrail End Terminal is an energy-absorbing, tangential end terminal, designed to minimise the severity of impacts occurring at the end of the safety barrier system.
